Banana Protein Muffin Ingredients (This will be the base):
- Moo's Vanilla Protein Muffin Mix
- ¾ cup water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2/3 cup mashed bananas (or 2 medium size bananas)
Mix all ingredients together, this is the base for the banana protein muffins. Divide the mix by 4 or make 4 batches ;)
Chocolate Chip Banana Protein Muffins
- ¼ cup Chocolate Chips
- ¼ cup chocolate chips, mix in with banana protein base
- Pour batter into muffin tins
- Follow baking instructions
Banana Chocolate Hazelnut Walnut Muffins
- ¼ cup walnuts
- About ¼ cup Nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread)
- Mix walnut with banana protein base
- Pour batter into muffin tins
- Drizzle chocolate hazelnut spread on top of muffins
- Follow baking instructions
Banana Walnut Jackfruit - Turon Inspired (Filipino dessert)
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup chopped canned jackfruit
- 12 slices of banana
- Sprinkle of sugar
- Mix in walnuts and jackfruit with banana protein base
- Pour batter into muffin tins
- Follow baking instructions
- Once done baking top with sliced bananas, sprinkle some sugar the brulee
Make your own combination
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- ¼ cup chocolate hazelnut spread
- Mix walnuts and chocolate chips into banana protein base
- Pour batter into muffin tins
- Drizzle chocolate hazelnut spread on top of muffins
- Follow baking instructions.
